A satisfied customer but couldn't Swim

The bedrooms were clean and the place offered peace and calmness in the midst of the busy Nannai street. Its also a waling distance to Bangla Road which leads up to Patong Beach. Excellent.

No Breakfast and No swimming pool yet. :-(

It was ok

The staff were good, One more thing I liked about this hotel is sating water by asking the customers about the towels washing.

I think the manager or owner was not smiling and the way he talks with customers is not good..

What would you highlight about The Bluewater Hotel

Awesome budget friendly, cozy hotel!

Staff was super nice and accommodating! The owner of the hotel was also nice and made sure our stay was extra comfortable. Stayed in a lot of places in patong beach, but this was one of the places with super fast wifi and hot water. A little farther from the beach, but we didn't mind walking around and enjoying the surroundings. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're a traveler looking for a cozy yet budget friendly hotel!

Great hotel! Everything good

Everything is great here. The staff is always helpful and extremely kind. The prices are good and it's easy connected to Patong beach and Bangla road.

Patong is a terrible place for families. I would not advise going there, unless your a student or party animal who likes loud and dirty areas. For families there are much better areas to visit in Phuket.

Big room in a decent location.

Really large room and enough space everywhere. Nice bathroom and helpful people.

The toilet wasn't very clean and in the morning we found out there was a cockroach in the room... Also if you want to go out in Bangla road I suggest another hotel.

Staff and the manager are really nice.

Staff and the manager are really nice. Always ready to assist you and smiling. The room is great and very comfortable for the price. Balcony is a real plus. One of the best for this price in Patong. We ll come back!

10 to 15 minutes to patong beach by walk but really it does not matter, there are many stuff to see on the way.

Amazing! great staff,beautiful spacious rooms incredibly clean. Extended out stay twice already an Will probably extend more. Will defiantly come back here again is the rooms are available

No pool but it doesn't matter we r at the beach an spent most of the time diving.

The staff and the owner are wonderful.

The customer service is the thing that will make you attached to the hotel.You must rent a bike for you stay. If you don't, you won't survive XD.

Good!

Very closed to the beach ( 25 minutes by walk), nice staff, a cleaned room in every day

The hotel is nearby a noisy street, all day and night with high traffic witch could be a problem with sleeping time! The area is not so frendly with cleaning, a lot of garbridge left it on the road! Don't stay in a room near the elevator!

Apple (I think was her name) and the rest of the staff were...

Apple (I think was her name) and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in every way. They are the main reason I rate the hotel as high as I did.

Only issues was the bed in my particular room being older and could feel the springs in some areas. There was also a bad smell coming from the bathroom at times which was easily solved by keeping the door closed, but might bother some people. Lastly, Wi-Fi was good up until last 2-3 days were it was kicking in and out.
